Chapter #41 Kansas State Volleyball : Week #6 Texas

#9 Texas
Last time we left off the Kansas State volleyball was in the middle of an important homestand with on Last Saturday when they took on Texas. Coming into this game, the Longhorns where ranked #9 in the mation coming into a packed house at Ahern but at the end the 'Cats didn't put away Texas in the seconf set and that ended costing them the entire match. Texas sweeped the Kansas State 17-25, 28-30, and 15-25. Texas depth was the key in the match wearing down the Wildcats after playing really hard to win set #2 could not get control of the momentum. Kaitlynn Pelger for K-State had another great great but it wasn't meant to be this time around with 19 kills in the game. Alex Muff and Kuulei Kabalis had good games on the defensive end for the 'Cats. Nest game will be at TCU one of the newset members of the Big 12 on Saturday at 1pm.
